It is recorded that in 1911, at the sacred Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, he granted darśan to Shri N. Subramania Iyer and bestowed upon him Śrīvidyā Pūrṇa Dīkṣā, conferring the dīkṣā nāmam Sri Chidānandanātha.
Before returning to Badarikāśrama, the great Avadhūta blessed his disciple with a remarkable assurance: that he would continue to manifest in his sthūla rūpa within the vigraha of Sri Subrahmanya Swamy during Vibhūti Abhiṣekam on every Puṣya Amāvāsya at Tiruttani Murugan Temple — a sacred phenomenon devotees believe continues to this day.

Sri Chidānandanātha

Poojya Sri Chidānandanātha, affectionately known as “Sir,” was born in Seppittankulam, Tamil Nadu, into the Telugu-speaking Nedumindi lineage.
A distinguished educator who served as a teacher and headmaster in Chennai Corporation schools, he was deeply learned in Tamil literature, Vedānta, and Śrīvidyā śāstra.
After receiving Śrīvidyā Pūrṇa Dīkṣā in 1911 from Sri Guhānandanātha, he dedicated his life to disseminating the sacred wisdom of Śrīvidyā.

Poojya Sri Bālānandanātha hailed from the illustrious Kāmakoti lineage, historically entrusted by Adi Shankaracharya with propagating Śrīvidyā in Southern India and worshipping Sri Kamakshi.
From a young age, he was blessed with the guidance of H.H. Sri Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Mahaswamigal, the revered Paramacharya of the Kanchi Kamakoti tradition.
After receiving Śrīvidyā Upāsanā guidance and Pūrṇābhiṣeka from Sri Chidānandanātha, he emerged as one of the foremost masters of Āgama Śāstra and temple consecration traditions.

Sri Champakānandanātha

Poojya Sri Champakānandanātha Swamiji was born into an illustrious family of prosperous Grāma Karanams, blessed with abundance, social stature, and material comfort. Yet, even amidst privilege, his heart was drawn not toward worldly pursuits, but toward the higher call of spiritual realization.
Renouncing a life of comfort and affluence, he made the extraordinary choice to dedicate himself wholly to Śrīvidyā sādhana. In pursuit of this sacred path, he left his native Chagallu and relocated with his family to Tadipatri, carrying with him little more than his unwavering devotion and a sacred image of Sri Lalitha Tripurasundari, which became the focal point of his intense spiritual practice.
This decisive renunciation marked the beginning of a life of profound tapas and divine attainment.
The Attainment of Vāk Siddhi
Through extraordinary austerity and one-pointed devotion, Sri Champakānandanātha undertook intense worship of the Divine Mother.
It is reverentially remembered that during a single night of uninterrupted sādhana, he recited the Lalitha Sahasranama one hundred times with complete absorption and surrender.
By the grace of Sri Lalitha Mahātripurasundari, this monumental act of devotion culminated in the attainment of Vāk Siddhi — the divine perfection wherein speech becomes charged with spiritual power and truth manifests through utterance.
This spiritual attainment enabled him to guide countless seekers with extraordinary clarity and insight.
A Divine Guide to the Needy
Blessed with profound intuitive vision and divine grace, Sri Champakānandanātha Swamiji became a refuge for innumerable devotees, especially the poor and distressed.
Through his divya dṛṣṭi and compassionate counsel, he addressed the hardships of many who approached him in faith. Whether offering spiritual remedies, practical guidance, or words of assurance, he alleviated suffering and restored hope to countless lives.
His life was not merely one of personal spiritual attainment, but one of active compassion expressed through service to humanity.
A Highly Exalted Gṛhastha Yogi
Sri Champakānandanātha Swamiji stands as a luminous example of a highly exalted Gṛhastha Yogi — demonstrating that the highest states of spiritual realization can be attained while fulfilling family responsibilities.
Without renouncing worldly duties externally, he exemplified complete inner renunciation, living amidst family life while remaining inwardly absorbed in the Divine Mother.

Consecration of Sri Lalitha Sundareśwara Temple
His most enduring spiritual contribution was the establishment and consecration of the sacred Sri Lalitha Sundareswara Swamy Temple
Built through devotion, tapas, and divine resolve, the temple remains a vibrant center for Śrīvidyā upāsanā and Divine Mother worship, continuing to radiate his spiritual presence and blessings.
Initiation into the Sacred Lineage
On the auspicious Puṣya Amāvāsya of 2005, he received Śrīvidyā Pūrṇa Dīkṣā from Sri Bālānandanātha Swamiji, formally entering the exalted Guru Parampara of Śrīvidyā.
Receiving this sacred transmission, he upheld the lineage with utmost purity, devotion, and reverence.
Preserving the Divine Tradition
Recognizing the sacred responsibility of continuity, Sri Champakānandanātha Swamiji bestowed Śrīvidyā Pūrṇa Dīkṣā upon Sri H.K. Madhusudhan Rao Garu, conferring the dīkṣā nāmam - Sri Srividyānandanātha
Through this sacred initiation, he ensured that the divine current of this timeless lineage would continue to guide future generations of seekers.
Śiva Aikyam on Lalitā Pañchamī
On the supremely auspicious day of Lalitā Pañchamī, Sri Champakānandanātha Swamiji attained Śiva Aikyam — the final union with the Supreme Consciousness.
For devotees, this marked not an end, but the glorious culmination of a life wholly dedicated to Sri Lalitha Mahātripurasundari.
His life remains an eternal beacon of renunciation, devotion, tapas, compassion, and spiritual accomplishment — a sacred testimony to the transformative power of complete surrender to the Divine Mother.
“गुरुपरंपरा ही ज्ञानप्रवाहस्य मूलम्”
